No, they aren't protected. Teams who trade future picks just have to take the risk. There is the possibility that a team could tumble down the ladder, but it is also possible that teams could fly up the ladder and get extra value.

This is a forum, not a chat sidebar. If no one were using proper grammar then you couldn't properly interpret what people write. Now, I know not everyone can be bothered to grammar and spell check everything they write, but putting out sentences like "Everything he is supposed to be God at he isn't." is going to dissuade posters from giving your posts feedback. If you don't want any feedback from your posts, go to the Bay and troll over there, where no one actually cares. Otherwise, try to at least have your grammar at a standard where one can interpret the sentences you write.
