Adams might request a trade but I don't see either suitor having the right assets to get him. Unless we are talking future frat picks.


Either involve a third party or player instead of picks.

Why are we assuming Adams would be WA bound?

Aren't there reports he is settled in Melb with a lady?

Maybe a Melbourne based club goes for him?

Just noted he is contracted so a deal may have to be decent perhaps closer to 25 than 40. Maybe a deal with the Saints involving Billings? Or the Pies if they cant land May?

My understanding is that Adams’ request wasn’t necessarily to go back to WA, but just to be traded generally.

I think we are assuming he will head back to wa for family reasons and because he asked to head back there in 2016 I think if it was possible

Has Ryan played much as a forward across his career?? Can mark the footy.

Adams for Duggan would make Duggan’s family very very happy. Apart from being one-eyed Dogs supporters, Liam included, he’d be back in Vic which would be their first preference.

Ryan? Haven’t watched him too closely.

Sorry, but your club is at the lowest ebb in its history. You will be tripping over trying to chase Adams' signature. As if his addition wouldn't make you instantly better?

Our fitness team is the worst in the comp,(would never get him on the park) we are stocked on talls (delisted Collins who tore up the VFL this year) so even if he is quality we wouldn't chase him. Doesn't fit our list needs.

Also Ryan has overtaken him IMO and has given no indication he would leave.

Adams just doesn't fit our needs right now

Not necessarily. Maybe he sees Naughton and Cordy and trengove ahead of him with Young coming.

Maybe we've told him his injury history makes him less of a retention priority.

Maybe he just wants a fresh start before he snaps in two.

Pretty pleased if Adams goes myself. Waste of cap and a list spot with how often he plays.
