We really should look to rookie a ruck every other year. There are good rucks to be found in the rookie range every year
You either get depth, a first ruck, or they ask for a trade and you get picks. We're thin as hell in that area and Stef is beyond cooked so another this year would help

Without a doubt with Dunks walking we 100% have to be front runners for this. Pick 7 and Bowes? All it costs is cap space that we have free?

KPD's also fit the rookie range as well. I like how we reward some well performing footscray kids, but there are more pressing needs at the club to fill. Back up Rucks/KPD should be of priority

If he can play wing we might get one of our draft targets and an additional second rounder (Two 2022 firsts post Dunkley trade for 7, Bowes, 2nd rounder would be an amazing result)

Essendon will be all over JUH.

Half the clubs in the league don’t have a top quality key forward. We have 3 (JUH, Naughton, Darcy) coming through not to mention Lobb and Bruce to squeeze in for the short term. And who knows whether English makes it as a ruck or ends up as a Lobb type. Other clubs would be derelict if they weren’t circling.

He is a 187cm defender ……. we don’t need anymore medium sized defenders as we have heaps now. We can play 3-4 in the team and we have Bailey Dale, Ed Richards, Jason Johanason, Caleb Daniel, Bailey Williams, Luke Cleary, Cody Raak, Taylor Durea, Tim O Brien, Hayden Crozier, Roark Smith …. plus Cordy, Khamis, Keath and Gardiner.

Who will he replace as we need tall KPD.
