They aren't even depth though because most of them are constantly injured 2 of which already out for the year before its started

That's right. A sad way to go, even though I wouldve delisted him before hand you never want to see someone go out like that.
He has done well for himself 80 games at AFL level

Roarke’s a ripping fellow and does offer something when fit.
I think with Poulter and Baker coming in and Bedendo hopefully in better health next year they might move him on, and I understand he’s been readying himself for the prospect of that happening.
Would have no issue if he was kept but they clear list cloggers are moved on. Don’t want too drastic a transition.
What role does he play? He is injured far to frequently for his age to be considered now
Roarke is not nearly good enough to justify keeping around having played 47 games in 8 years. Bit like Jong (Jong actually played 18 more games than Roarke w/one more year to Jong) there was something there but you can’t miss that much time without being super talented.
That sucks. He cops some grief and on balance I’d think he should be delisted but it robs him of a last chance to press his case.
Hasn’t been amazing but gave great value in a few of our finals (particularly the dish off to Smith v Brisbane and his goals v Port).

We'd want to be careful to delist too many scapegoats, otherwise we'll need to recruit one from someone else's list.
Achilles torn which is a near impossible recovery to play AFL again. Think it will be a career ender for him unfortunately
Presuming his body is ok, I’d keep Roarke as cover for our small defenders. Specifically Duryea, or if Williams leaves. Likewise O’Brien with Bruce done, as mature cover for Jones/Keath.
I’d let all of Bruce, Hannan, McComb, Crozier and McLean go. Khamis and Sweet I suspect will make the call for us, should have a club or two keen. 6-7 mature players is a decent refresh and would remove most of the detritus from the list.

I'd give Toby McLean another year. Still only 27, a huge club culture guy, good depth at the very least. He imo needs to Mclean out though and work purely towards endurance, agility and skills.
Sweet as depth will be a reasonable loss in terms of depth but Buku no real loss
2 knees in 2 years has unfortunately cooked him at AFL

Jordon Sweet - 2 years if he'll re-sign but I doubt it

Gives us four main list positions (though I imagine Sweet leaves + possibly someone else) and three rookie picks.
I suspect the Khamis call will be unpopular but I don't think he's up to it and don't buy the cries of, "Bev is ruining him, needs to play back" that are so prominent on here.
That being said I'd be fine with O'Brien being the out for he or McLean (as I'm loathe to lose too many in-and-under types). I think Doc is valuable for his footy smarts and leadership and I like Bedendo's talent, but wouldn't be surprised to see either of them delisted. Potentially Bedendo/McLean are rookie candidates.
Have we considered packaging Khamis, Hannan, McLean, Bruce, Crozier and McComb to Gold Coast for their first round pick yet?
