McDonald could be replaced by Gwilt or Frost etc.
And Frawley was a forward for us.

Can't see the Swans going out of their way to get himnah mate, he's contracted so cost will be a bit higher

Heard this today. Patfull said happy to stay until the end of his deal if no suitable trade is found, but wants to go to Sydney... a 2nd rounder would get it done from GWS I reckonneither, would have to be one of these trades thats an absolute win/win and low hanging fruit
EDIT: WOW sounds like its GWS as opposed to Sydney

Yeah, the extra 2nd rounder goes nicely with Pick 4 towards the Beams trade too. Collingwood could get a better return, GWS get a defender and Lions get Beams... seems to workGWS need some tallish defenders. would be good for both parties
Straight swap? Really?How about:
Giles to BL
Leuenburger to GWS
Well I was thinking Giles to Port actually but they seem primed to get Ryder, and Giles apparently wants out of GWS. Wasn't intended as a straight swap maybe a second round pick also. so "updated" trade would be: Giles and 2nd Rnd pick to BL ----> Leuenburger to GWSStraight swap? Really?

How much money is Leuey on or would he want?Well I was thinking Giles to Port actually but they seem primed to get Ryder, and Giles apparently wants out of GWS. I am on a roll
Beams picked it
Frawley will go to Hawthorn
Ryder Port picked it
Jones to I said Fremantle dam its Carlton
Clarke to Geelong right again
Still think Essendon will loose a few??
Higgins to North right again
Sydney will pull a suprise they need a ruckman ..Minson Belchambers???
How about:
Giles to BL
Leuenburger to GWS
Food for thought
Lions trade Merrett to north for grima and second or third round pick?
4 team trade
Western Bulldogs
Trade- Liam Jones and Shaun Higgins to Carlton
1st round pick to Sydney
Sydney
Trade- Lewis Jetta to west coast
Sam reid and Tom Mitchell to bulldogs
West coast
Trade- Sharrod wellingham, Josh hill and callum Sinclair to Sydney
Mitch Brown to Carlton.
Carlton
Trade- Jeff garlett and Zach tuohy to Sydney
Lachie Henderson and 3rd round pick to west coast
(Why would teams do this)
Doggies get a forward they so desperately need and another tough inside midfielder. Both players are young and are more valuable than their first rounder.
Sydney get salary cap space from Tom Mitchell and send reid to a club that is still a couple years away from competing. They lose jetta but gain wellingham who can play inside and on the wing, Josh hill can play medium forward and push up the ground, garlett offers small forward crumbing, tuohy is insurance for malceski and shaw while Sinclair adds depth to ruck stocks. And gain a first rounder.
Carlton get a solid player in Higgins which allows flexibility, Jones can have a chance up forward and mitch brown can slot straight into the backline.
West coast gets outside run in jetta and Henderson can play either forward or back. Playing him forward could allow darling more time up the ground.
