Always an exciting time of the year just wondering what kind of deals every one thinks we should try and go for

I really think we should try and keep our 1st Rounder maybe use it on Ziebelle

Also I think we should try very hard and target a Hawthorn or Geelong for there 1st Rounder Because there teams are pretty much set and use it on a player like Sidebottom

2nd Rounder use for a Prismall/Harris

trading JA is just stupid. i know you need to give something to get a 1st rounder or a good player, but any suggestions to trade like the likes of JA and dale thomas (im sure someone will bring that up soon aswell) is just stupid

Yep, spent numerous hours on the ladder predictor and 11 wins for us should be enough, so long as Richmond dont win 3/4 (which probs wont happen).

Anthony is a tall defender, though. I have doubts that he's a genuine key defender (think he's more of a flanker/third tall), but he hasn't yet had a chance to make his case one way or the other in the seniors. For that reason, I'd be reluctant to trade him: he's one possible solution to some of our key defender shortcomings.

To me the obvious surplus on our list -- that would possibly interest opposition clubs -- is among our tall forward stocks: Dawes, Reid, Rusling. Rusling's injuries have depreciated his value, but Dawes and Reid would have currency.

It'd be a big decision to trade one of them, though...

heater is too good of a player.. will become elite if he stops getting pissed(its not the tagging.. its the coldies )

and daisy ( id consider for kerr) is required as much for revenue as he is for his potential...

Dont know thats upto the Pies to strike a Deal i know i might cop a fair bit from this but i would put Leon on the table we have plenty of Small Forwards and this has been his best season

Yes he is tradeable, however you were talking about getting a first rounder from Geelong or Hawthorn, sadly Leon does not demand a first rounder. Besides Hawthorn have Rioli and Cam Stokes and Geelong have Matt Stokes and Chapman. They have no use for Leon. The following list are the only players Geelong would give up a first rounder for:

Clarke
Brown-same as cloke/dipper/thomas

I just said that everyone (bar captain pendles) could be looked at and those guys have value. You seem to agree with me on Daisy.
