Why? Moore and Heeney are before pick 19. Not sure if all recruiters had J.Steele in the first round. Not sure about the other you're referring to?

I thought we were talking about talent not available to anybody else like zone picks.

I see what you are saying now. Yes, #19 is worth #19. However I wouldn't say that Moore is certainly worth more than #7. It's around the mark for mine. Heeney certainly is. He's the only steal (and it's totally wrong they get F/S and Academy players).
