Unfotunately WC wont let Lycett go apprently.
Probably next year he will be out of contract and with limited oppts at WC we could get him.

Further developments on Tippet, Brisbane have said no chance with Redden.
Polec they would consider apparently (CC seems correct)......

seriously, DUI issues aside don't you think Armstrong has shown alot of potential in the last few games? and hasn't he played more games with far better results than Lewis Johnston? geez I'm thinking maybe we are paying a little too much for him, yet they still want more?? I agree. Adelaide should withdraw this trade offer immediately as it is clear you guys are the ones getting screwed.

I agree with you Alex. We really need to move on and stop acting like babies.
For example, there are many still pissed at Phil Davis, but I know for a fact that he has been doing fitness work with some other crows players in the high altitude chamber at Kent Town.
Clearly the players have moved on, it's probably time we all did as well!

He plays on a half back flank where he primary objective was to run of his man and become a link up players. It wasn't like he was a lock down defender who could be counted on to keep a half forward possession-less.

He played on the easiest position on the ground with little to no responsibility for his man.

I'm always suspicious when I hear that clubs want to do their own medical check. We may have, but I didn't hear us doing one for Luke Brown, Brad Crouch or that kid from St Kilda.

I think its called good business practice. Lynch has supposedly flown over to Adelaide today for one, hence why the deal is yet to be "official". Brown and Crouch would have had medicals at the draft combine, I'm not sure the clubs are allowed to deal directly with the players before they are drafted.

It's like all of the determined, ruthlessness we have wanted from the Crows in the last few years has suddenly been unleashed in one wild week!
It's a trading frenzy!
And despite not being confident we have won each individual trade, I'm really, really pleased with the overall results so far.
