Yeah. Either it was a smoke screen or we still have pieces of our puzzle to put together. We still have the maric deal to go yet. Haven't we said we want the compo pick for that for a reason too?

Good question. Jaeger has already confirmed he is moving straight to Gold Coast and will play in their reserves side.

Brad will either come here, train here and get assigned a SANFL club or he will do a Patty Dangerfield.

He'll basically be an AFC player who can't play for the AFC. He'll be in the SANFL mini-draft.

If the reported deal for MD2 is correct:

#10 and Davis compo for MD2 and 14, then you are massive winners - especially if you compare it to what Gold coast have paid.

Do we suspect the multi club deal is being submitted bit by bit, it looks like you lost on Gunston but win big on this one - I wonder if there's more to come.

On the face of it that's encouraging, we've been in desparate need of some genuine top grade midfield talent since the last wave of Goody/Mcleod/Edwards/Johnson all got added to the list 15 years ago.

And presumably Maric won't go begging, so assume there are other spanners in the work?

On this Crouch, so he can't play at all next year? Even if he's a Buckleyesque freak and bags a Magarey?
