I've made up about 3 rumours on Kennedy going back. I'm a little surprised that we havent seen some delegations come over from the SA clubs. I've heard that they're waiting until the end of the season...

Wellingham was never going to be good at west coast. Wellingham play of the back of a good midfield, no that he's in a crap one he can't get his hands on the ball. If Wellingham was still at Collingwood he'd probably be allot better although we got Grundy for him so I don't care. Broomhead is everything we don't have. Fast and a good kick. If he becomes a player then its definitely a worthwhile trade.

Interested to know where "optimax" or whomever started this "rumour" got their information from, or if they were going by that article from The Age last week which really said nothing other than Port and Adelaide were interested in Tim and were monitoring him as they do all ex South Aussies.

It's coming from a few EBW posters who normally have good mail but do get the odd one wrong, majority of the time it usually proves correct or at least holds some truth to it.

Not sure where those "murmurs" would be coming from because they certainly wouldn't be coming from Tim or his management. It's not how either of them operate. For anyone that knows him, Tim is a very private person and not someone who will talk to anyone other than his management and possibly his parents regarding this decision. Any "murmurs" that anyone is hearing are made up by "forum posters" whether they be on here or on EBW whatever that is!

Hawk I DO hope that you're right on this one. I'd hate to lose any of our youngsters because its been a testing time already while we've waited for them to come through and now that they have, CFC deserves the fruits of our drafting and development programs. Sign em all up Pies.

Sounds like a masterstroke to me.

If Broomhead goes then it will be back to the drawing board (you cant stress over these things on draft day) but the fact is that he can play football. Should he want to leave we will just have to try and get maximum value out of that situation. Luckily both SA teams have good lists of players we might like to trade in to our club. Grundy will be a star for a long time for our club. He and Witts just need to learn how to get possessions around the ground (especially forward) and they will be an effective duo.

We dont miss Wellingham, his true colours have shown up in a weaker midfield. And Dawes is a good average low possession plodder who can only play one position. I still prefer White.

I was shattered at the time re Nick Davis but got over it. Loved him so much that I didn't 'hate' him at the Swans even though he ****ed us over.

I've since grown up and won't have the same sentiments if Broomhead leaves.

I'm saying that anyone that has said he's desperate to go back to Adelaide or is in talks with either of the Adelaide clubs is just making rumours up. He wouldn't have told anyone at the club what his plans are regarding re-signing or moving elsewhere at this stage and neither would have anyone of his 4 or 5 trusted confidants.
