Training 3/12/09

[BACCS]

Well I'm here at training now, boys are having a pretty normal session so far. New draftees are running laps along with Truck, who doesn't look to be enjoying it! Bocky, VB and Thommo are doing handball drills to the side of the main group (not sure what's wrong with Thommo?). One thing that has caught my eye so far is the size of Talia! For a bloke his age and height, he looks to be very solidly built, definetley a lot bigger than I was expecting. More to come later hopefully when I get home.
Also brought a camera but feel a little awkward taking pictures haha

Edit 1: Someone has gone down and is being taken to the rooms on a stretcher, not sure who as yet. Didn't look good though.

Edit 2: Well back from training, and not in a good mood following the news of Otten's knee injury! Really didn't look good at the time, and I'm suspecting ACL by seeing the pain he was in. Other than this, a very solid session, with Dougy, Sellar, Symes, Stiffy and Tex standouts to me. Damn those match simulation drills!

Yep definetley Otten, just heard Rendell on the phone. Apparantley heard a 'crack' as soon as it happened, this could be the end of his year by looking at Rendell's expression.

Just our luck! He would've taken a huge leap forward this year as well. Looks like Davis or McKernan will line up in the back half Round 1. Not that that's a bad thing, but it's just such a damn shame for Otto. Hopefully he doesn't lose much of his agility
