Was going to ask what the go with Defoe is. Maybe he's angling for a move to Liverpool?
I've no idea. Arry came out and said he's too expensive. Bruce came out and said it's unlikely. We baulked at his wages in the summer. You'd think he'd be a little more realistic, surely. Liverpool seem keen on Berahino anyway.

We're suggesting it would only happen if the purchase was written into the deal. That way it's not shifty and doesn't involve trust.

I'm confused, which contract would have the clause regarding Chelsea buying him at the end of the season?

Arsenal are in for Loic Perrin

Zarate will end up at QPR

Schwarzer will probably start straight away for us. I feel for Hamer, he's done really well!

Di Matteo wants Nastasic at Schalke

Ban Arfa has joined Nice

The guardian are claiming Chelsea are in for Micah Richards. Lol.

Any contract with a buyout for CL club I guess. Happens quite a bit.

So the contract between Leceister and Krameric? Would it specifically call out Chelsea or as you say a CL club? It's dodgy as ****.

Sounds like the special relationship deal we have with Real Madrid after we sold them Modric

I guess it would be CL's clubs, like Remy's. It's really not dodgy at all.

But in saying that it could all just be hot air, Di Marzio isn't always correct.

Pretty big risk for Leicester. It's a lot of money for a club in Leicester's position to pay for a relative unknown. I'd have thought that they would have wanted someone a bit more "proven" (not sure who).

I hope we sell him to you in 18 months for 20 mil after he's scored a truckload of goals :D Everybody wins [emoji14]
Why would you want a player at your club who wants to go to Chelsea?

Reminds me of Fulham's big striker signing last January.

Why would you want to spend £9m for a player to have him for six months in a league where foreign signings invariably take time to find their feet? Just so you can get your money back or a small profit if he does turn out to be good.

Mitroglou, who was far more proven and experienced (had played and scored in the Champions League, for his country etc.).

That is not to say that Kramaric has no chance of making it or anything, but it's certainly a risk.

From Leicesters point of view you'd want any clause to be at least £15m.

If he turns out good you'd at least make a decent profit out if it as you're the ones bearing all the risk if he turns out crap or gets a serious injury.

But why would Chelsea go for that? Paying an awful lot of overs for a player just to park him in England instead of somewhere else in Europe.

It would avoid the purchase going in this years FFP books. I can't see them.being in trouble there although I'm not sure how many David Luiz/PSG scenarios they have left to drag them into profit.

Could be theres nothing in it. But where theres smoke ...
