Why would we want David Luiz? He is useless in a back 2

We should be using Matip and Gomez in a back 3.Why would we want David Luiz? He is useless in a back 2
If we sold him to you guys he’d probably end up dominating. I hope we stop selling players to rivals.I was hoping L'Pool would be sniffing around for him but due to him being 31 soon I wouldn't pay more than 20mil as it would be a (great) short term solution.

Klopp was using a back 3 of sorts for the past month before the Sevilla game when we parked the bus.Jurg does not play back 3s, besides, Luiz is close to past it
We have enough defenders with a tendency for crazy errors, we don't need another one. Conte made the most outta him but Luiz is not someone you can trust long term

Gomez didn't go up the ground at all, that's why our form turned around a bit.
Still felt that Gomez staying back since the Huddersfield game was the right amount of balance/cover in the side compared to the games before that. That still wasn't really a back 3, a back 4 with one full back bombing up still doesn't make it more secure. Gomez didn't bomb against Sevilla and he was having trouble 1st half
Our form turned around against wha, Maribor? West Ham? Huddersfield at home? Not conceding against those doesn't really mean anything
He's played for PSG, Chelsea and is being talked about going to Real. WTF would he look at Liverpool?I was hoping L'Pool would be sniffing around for him but due to him being 31 soon I wouldn't pay more than 20mil as it would be a (great) short term solution.

>We'll probs sell him and buy VVDWould be like us to sell him without bringing in a replacement. CB is the only position where we have adequate depth.
When he first got dropped and wasn't linked with anyone I said in a matchday thread that I'd love to have him. But if Real want him then we have no chance. He's played for PSG, Chelsea and is being talked about going to Real. WTF would he look at Liverpool?
<Yes, I'm baiting>
If VVD goes anywhere other than Liverpool and we end up with some cheap CB from Wolves I might cry. We'll probs sell him and buy VVD

Sevilla we parked the bus in the 2nd half and Moreno cost us, Chelsea we had 2 back with Moreno and Gomez going up the pitch and ended up drawing.
Won't happen but I'd love to see Vardy play in that Liverpool team. We've seen how good Salah is with his pace, reckon having Vardy with Salah and Mane on either side would be phenomenal.

I'm sure Everton would love a Bolasie-Vardy-Zaha front 3.I reckon Everton might try and get him.
Siggy pumping balls over the top for him to chase down could work out well.
Yeah perhaps.I reckon Everton might try and get him.

Have heard that Sturridge may want to leave to get more game time to crack the England squad for the World Cup.Yeah perhaps.
I just think he'd suit Liverpool to a tee. Replace Sturridge with him and they'd score even more than they currently do.
He's fit again and should seek a loan.Any chance Ings could ever get a game again or have his knees sailed?
Being serious, who'd have him? Take on a 6 month loan a player who has a long history of being out for half that period?Have heard that Sturridge may want to leave to get more game time to crack the England squad for the World Cup.
Slight chance that he could be loaned/sold in Jan.

Yeah he should stay. He's either injured or complaining that he doesn't get enough game time when he's rarely fit.Being serious, who'd have him? Take on a 6 month loan a player who has a long history of being out for half that period?
Sturridge and Solanke don't play enough. I reckon Firmino starts in League/Champions league games with Sturridge coming off the bench and Solanke starts in our FA cup games.Just saw that he got 4 goals and 2 assists in an U-23 match fairly recently. With Christmas coming up surely Klopp could give him a go?
