Weekend Wrap and "Liked, Learned, Hated" right here -- How did tipping go?
Not for mine. One of those so underrated he became overrated players. Lacks a standout feature and too poor a finisher to be considered among the very best. City seemed to tick along nicely when Silva wasn’t playing so I think his importance to their team was overstated.I would say probably even top 30, possibly 20.

Think Mata at his best was better but Silva did it for longer. Hard to split the two though. Perhaps Mata. He didn’t rely on others playing well around him as much and was much more of a goal threat.

Bristol have got themselves a good young LB, Englands under 21 starter.
I would be annoyed about this but Juan Castillo has done a u turn and is now re-signing rather than leaving so alls cool. Hes going to be a gun.
Quite hilarious that all of their center mids have signed on freebies.Rabiot joining Juve on a free.
Interesting times at Arsenal. Keep hearing about this 45-50m + sales budget.
Emery getting screwed over there. 45m would barely get a Ramsey replacement.
Not to mention needing cover for the injured Bellerin.
Needing to replace Welbeck.
Selling Xhaka or Mustafi is possibly going to require a greater outlay to improve on them.
That budget really is only ok if you have little to fix. Not sure how you plug them all.
Hes a good little LB, better than Aina imo. He'll be off to Bournemouth in a season for about 16M.....
I dont think we are into Pepe at all. We've come out and strongly said as much.
The club have know for months that Griezmann is leaving. There have been rumours that Barca agreed to buy him back in March, and that there might even be documentation of this fact - although I doubt Barca would be that stupid because this would open them up to needing to pay his current release clause of €200m, instead of the €120m it drops to on July 1.

There have also been rumours that the reason that the club announced that he was leaving when it did was because they found out that he was doing to make another "documentary" announcing the decision like he did last year.
Between the fee coming in for Griezmann and the net difference in wages (€24m cf to between €3.6m and €6 for Felix), this transfer will be net neutral within a year
because one is getting griezmann and the other got hazardIf he is that good, why have Barca and Real not swooped?
Also we've officially signed our first player for the summer.
17 year old Sepp Van den Berg from PEC Zwolle.

probably as good as is available, needs to work on his offensive game to be more in line with the modern fullback. but plenty of time for that to be developed. certainly a step up from valencia/young.
