Sunday Night “Getting Away With Murder”

Reporter about David Caporn: He left the force in 2009 a year after LW was discounted as a suspect. The CCC had made findings about him in the case that made him a star. The wrongful conviction of Andrew Mallard. “His role in Macro has not been officially questioned”

Quigley: “You need to open the books for a new set of eyes. I’m not saying it should be done as reality TV. It should be done in a Coroners court with a really skilled QC with a really truly independent coroner from outside WA especially appointed and really shake this tree.”

Colin Barnett: We should ask for people who have knowledge or suspicions to come forward.

Reporter: But this hasn’t worked for the last 19 years?

No it hasn’t but we should not give up!

Why is it, that John Quigley always makes sense?

So it does look to be about a VS Commodore in Con Bayen video. Only from memory I thought it was around a VN although this maybe a new video from the original.

It's a faithless re-enactment Dan. We've seen images of cops holding up evidence with no gloves on and the same with forensics, it's distracted the interested some of whom are still accusing the police of improper handling. he he There's no hidden clues in these things.

As has been said before, WA had lost its innocence with this crime. 1996 is a long time ago. Remember there has been umpteen reviews.

So what did Caporn do after leaving the police force a year after Mallards clearing? I like how in the video Lance makes out his victimisation.

The stupid dickhead was driving around the block in a predatory nature and picked up an undercover police officer in a sting. The undercover officer was crapping herself over his persona.

Lance did himself no favours behaving in this manner mid a large operation. Who drives the block trying to pick up women mid operation? Driving the block in predation of women is just weirdo s**t.

Yes I know, "Apparently he was protecting them". They always have a well laid out excuse. In fact, his doings could be considered perverting the course of justice. Did someone say Yellow Toyota Dorothy?

Yeah, hence the query about the type of tape which only Bayens knows. The boot lined is would have been a trigger. There are many blokes that have all the above in the boot their car for a number of reasons but never for abduction or similar nefarious behaviour.

We haven't heard anything about the evidence, but there will be certain attributes of the crime, that put Lance in the hot seat.

Some attributes might be the knots used to tie the girls up. It was clothes line material. There were particular chemicals on the rope used in silk screen.

Ill go as far as saying they used the same model car in the re-enactment.

Lots of dickhead in that one but he's been officially cleared as a suspect, interestingly at around the same time as - in my little ole pointy pinion - the heat was going on BRE. About 12 months before the arrest.

BREs time was up because familial DNA was being rolled out. Police had DNA tested a mind boggling amount of males. I am pretty certain you will hear a family member was arrested then BREs arrest followed shortly after. All within a month I would say.

Someone was doing their best to stay off the grid. A family arrest brought a quick end to that once familial had been run on the Kimono (retested).

They will not be relying on DNA alone to convict. Even if DNA is omitted they will still have enough to prove beyond doubt.

Where was the sporting apparel stolen off a clothes line? Huntingdale? The owner now residing in Floreat

Not sure if he was led there, but note LW dropped the undercover officer in Glyde st. Yeah, that street again...

I'm going with, police ignored the Bayens POI and others because of the certain attributes of the crime that led them to believe LW committed the crime. That certain attributes of the other crimes, essentially omitted those POIs from the CSK crimes.

Id say Bayens POI had attributes that omitted him from the crime. CSK had been using clothesline connected with a previous backyard fence jumping theft of women's sporting apparel.

In WA we went from a period where we had no DNA facility or state training really. To today's technology of cameras and advanced DNA testing.

Cooke jumped in peoples windows. What happened in Huntingdale? Bernies trawled Stirling Highway for victims and stalked victims over weeks. Bernies 'targeted' unrelated people.

BRE pinged early 2015

This also in December 2015. The CSK's car is identified as a white mid 90's VS Commodore from fibres found with Jane. And this is around the same time assertions were being made over social media of a Telstra suspect, one even claimed he had a ****** girlfriend/wife. We already know BRE had a social media presence, so he probably saw it.

I suspect a psychological game of cage rattling, BRE would have shat himself. :pileofpoop:

We had analysed the van of the Karrakatta victim as electrical or similar, although the at the time we had been told it was 'telephone' cord which in latter reports it was not.

We ascertained that the VS commodore was very new and we knew that the Telstra vehicles were more than likely sold at 2 years or 40000km as part of government vehicle fleet policy. This is for a number of reasons that they sell their cars at 40000km. 4WDs were sometimes 80000km.

We had heard that Jane had been left amid fleur de lis, MACRO wore the arum lily pin at one stage for the investigation. Maybe coincidence.

I speculated an arrest would come sooner than later because of the familial DNA was like a noose of eventuality. The only way out was not be a citizen of the state and have no family members locally. I knew everyone was being DNA tested in the hotel on the video.

DROCs speculation and others that someone had gone to Lebanon as were supposedly the videos felt like a red herring. I had other reasons to suspect this person which I cannot divulge but I presumed someone had been operating a VPN via Lebanon to upload the Youtube videos.
Why someone would do this is beyond me, apart from try deflect everyone from the real culprit.

I knew what was going on in the background but had no evidence requested by users because it was "the operation" not in the media.

*Police DNA testing people not on the criminal database in 2016 but were in WA. Familial was going to get someone not on the criminal database. There thousands of males at the time eliminated.

All these demands I provide media links. What a joke. How was I to provide links to an operation kept out of the media?

As Paul Ferguson said, "to my knowledge we have not identified this male (Mystery Man) to this date"

One green bottle left standing on the wall.

You can apply this to Gerrard Ross, Lisa Govan, Kerry Turner, Jane Rimmer, Ciara Glennon, Sarah Spiers, Lorrin Whitehead and probably even Corrine Rayney.

No coincidence. Macro adopted the flower as a symbol in honour of Jane.

Coincidence maybe fleur de lis relating to French related crime. I feel the body locations are however more to do with geodetics.

fleur-de-lis
ˌfləːdəˈliː/

“We are aware this car was deregistered in 2008, but from that time onwards it is unclear what happened to it.

Back in 1996 around 2 AM in the Perth nightclub districts there were only a few vehicles out and about and they were nearly all work related. The odd Paddy Wagon, Taxis, Newspaper and milk /bread delivery vans, and the little security company sedans and wagons doing the rounds of local businesses. They were the ones cruising around Claremont and other areas unobtrusively.
IMO work, work vehicles and the perception of the CSK perpetrator being seen as part of the fabric of that late night Club scene . are the keys to solving this case relating to the Claremont murders. How did he get the girls into his car.? has always been the burning question. Night work also gives the perpetrator the opportunity to be out all night and sleeping all day without raising the suspicions of family and friends.
It is now being claimed that the last vehicle SS was seen near prior to her dissapearance, apparently turned its lights off. In addition to headlights ,many of the industry vehicles mentioned also had roof mounted portable floodlights to assist when doing deliveries/rounds.These would be turned off when pulling up beside someone to have a chat and offer a lift home.
There is an old adage in Legal circles , "never ask a question you don't already know the answer to" and i feel there may be an element of this in the WAPOL bumblers lately asking the public for "assistance " re this Toyota Wagon.
Why so coy this time about a vehicle, who owned it previously, whereabouts and by whom was it previously registered,?
A ploy to make someone sweat a bit.? I have no doubt that detectives have been so thoroughly over everything to do with one certain suspect over the past year that they would have a fair idea what colour jocks he was wearing on any given night 20 or more years ago.

I'm going with the similar tactic presented in the Sheraton attack. Grabbed them by the hair, belting them repeatedly.

The pubs closed around 12? So cars would have slowed by 2am but there must have been a few in the area.

I think they know the owner of the Camry, they just cant locate it as the Camry is parked possibly on someone's property rusting away. Used as a farm vehicle might be a tip. Someone has lock jaw and wont tell them where the Camry is.

Check the videos. I thought there was mention in one the videos by the commentator that the lights were turned off. Witnesses also stated when they looked back they couldnt see the car. Maybe because headlights turned off?

According to my wife this was the marital car (Eshiuw) and the very one she believes she got in a year or two before Sarah disappeared.
This makes quite a lot of sense as to why police are wanting to find the car, although I don't understand why they didn't release the information a year ago when they arrested him.

This would have been around 94 or 95 then? Does your wife know when they separated and if he kept the car?

Id say police have interviewed someone, eg: ex wife and discovered the ownership of a vehicle. The accused probably has lock jaw.

26 is though

On the presumption it is still alive. Deregistered in 2008, what's the chances its still in farm use? Its not that old to de-register unless it did a lot of kms.

If its a wife's car, it might have done few kms. Especially with a husband having a work vehicle and fuel card.

De registering a wife's car, especially a Camry at 16 years isn't that old. Maybe there was a horse property of something she owned also?

With all the stuff I look at, it does become a blur. I'm sure I saw a Camry on mummies lawn in one the spatial datasets.

*Need Nearmaps or Landgate ESRI datasets. Earth is pixelated. Its like a second-hand car yard

I was thinking it had to be the ex or the parents.

Was the car was deregistered long after he separated with her?

I meant old as in time. Deregestering a car doesnt change the date of manufacture

I presume someone has lock jaw so police have no clue to its unregistered sale or if it even ended up in the bush somewhere out wide where he can visit it as the car rots away. It could be anywhere. A wreckers yard would say we broke it down for parts. Told police it was sold for cash?

Serial killers tend to want revisit the event. Selling to someone out of your control could come back bite you? The vehicle is somewhere it will not be located but can be revisited?
