haha wow how the hell did we let WIGAN!!!! come back from 2-0 to win the bloody game, we stopped playing after we scored the 2nd but you'd think they could at least defend that lead against the likes of Wigan ffs.

Diaby was absolutely horrendous all game, Wenger should have made a sub(s) at around 60 min mark when he saw we couldn't keep possession but he waited until too late.

It's also pointless to mention the GK situation it's become a joke to all the other supporters in the league. It's a downright disaster.

They didn't want to know about it from about the 50min mark they played like they could care less what happened and whether they won or not. Pathetic.

The confidence within the team is shattered and weak, so disappointing because I thought we were becoming like the Freo of now, not the freo of old. I still think Van Persie should've came on earlier, Rosicky lost the ball so many damn times and RvP goes back in hard.

Whats the bet Chelsea and Man Utd will lose. JUST WIN THE DAMN THING ALREADY!

Very dissapointing performance. I find it very frustrating to watch players with that talent play with so little passion for the club. There are millions of youngsters out there who would kill to play for a club like Arsenal and to me, there just wasnt enough passion.

PLayers like Fletcher aren't nearly as talented as some of the players on our list, but everytime I see him and even Rooney play, you can see that it means something to them. I want our players to defend our goal like it will physically hurt them if the other team score (Vermaelen does this, and I also think that Cesc has shown it at times this year).

Next years shopping list is obviously a keeper, and I would like another CB instead of Silvestre for back-up - he just isnt that good. I think Chamakh will fit in well.

One thing that I believe this Arsenal side lacks compared to previous Arsenal sides is the counterattacking game. Players like Henry and Pires sprinting up the other end of the pitch to score was always a joy to watch and very effective when teams 'park the bus'. We showed the ability to pull it off earlier in the season but not so much lately. PLayers like Arshavin, Walcott, Cesc and hopefully Chamakh will hopefully counterattack with more purposes next year.

Wasn't he Polish player of the year or something? God knows how he got it if that were true. Utter garbage, won't make it at top level. I totally agree with the last post on the page before. We need players to put themselves on the line. Fletcher is technically average compared to some of our players but i'd pick him anyday with the passion he shows when he plays. Campbell does it as well but yeah hes just getting on, Verm does it all the time. Gallas is solid but I reckon we need Subotic/Mertesacker type player. You gotta splash it Wenger seriously. Can't always blame injuries.

IN
Lloris/Hart, Subotic/Mertesacker, Chamakh

OUT
Fabianski/Almunia, Gallas? (I just assume he'll go to a Milan club), Eduardo

Anything else we need?

Bendtner
Arshavin Van Persie
Fabregas Diaby
Song
Clichy Verm Subo/Merte Sagna

Lloris

Will it be like that? Or swap Bend/RvP around? Maybe Nasri instead of Diaby I dunno. (it's not coming up the way i wanted cbf trying to fix it just think of our formation and you should see it :)

Didn't we try Bendtner up front and RVP out wide at the start of the year and it ended up working better the other way around.

Add Silvestre to the outs. Hart the more likely option but I'm happy to get him. One of Vela/Merida will probably leave as well.

Yeah I thought we tried RvP as the forward position, I just thought Bendtner is improving and is more of a target man, but go with what works. How silly of me, probably thought he was so much out of the team I didn't even bother putting him.

I will be happy with Hart. He is english and decent. Cheaper also.

**** it annoyed me how many times we crossed it in to no one. We need Bendtner in there all the time, one of the only good headers in the team. Diaby loses the ball so damn much he has really gotta work on retaining possession and holding the ball. I think he tries to do too much, Van Persie is similar but you can give him an excuse as he is just getting back into it. Lacked the killer edge, and Rosicky is just not cut out for it, tries to be fancy heaps of the time, he wasn't terrible but he didn't do much either. I like having Eboue playing though, maybe play him out right and van persie out left with Bendtner in the middle forward position. Walcott needs to use his pace more sometimes he just goes backwards when hes in a good position to go forward and take people on. Man City looked absolutely poo, even though missing half the team they didn't look good at all, I assume they just went to get a point because they were doing so many long balls (I guess its reasonable away from home/slow defenders). but still, always rated them highly attacking wise. Can't remember who they were missing.

I was at the game.

Diaby had a poor match I thought. Song was playing the central defensive midfield role. However Diaby too seemed to want to play this position. As a result there was constantly a big hole in the middle of the park. We showed not much ambition at all.

Amazing reaction when Viera got replaced to a standing ovation, for only Adebayor to come on to the loudest boos I have ever heard.

Wow you got really unlucky with the match, the atmosphere would have been good but the game itself was shite.

How was Fabianskis game?

Hard to make mistakes when you don't have to make a save all game.

The City game was the first I'd seen in since the return against Barca, the day before my holiday.

It was a dire, dire match. City put 10 behind the ball and played on the counter all evening, not particularly caring if they came away with 1 or 3 points.

I hope we can finish out the season with a) no more serious injuries and b) keep up the wins so that it at least still looks like we finished third just behind United and Chelsea, rather than we finished third just ahead of Spurs, City and Villa. Even the appearance is good for confidence.
