So, ManC in the 4th round of the FA Cup...

Best possible 11 or stick with rotations?

I'll say best 11 as we have a week off either side, if we get belted in the cup tie it could impact us mentally for the league games against them.

Honestly, best 11.

There's some mind games to be played with City over the next few weeks. If we play a weaker team against them and get pumped in the FA Cup, it will get in our players heads over the rest of the season.

I wouldn't be opposed to having the best 11, but I'd like to keep Turner, Tierney, Tomiyasu and Viera. Wouldn't hurt to have them go up against the quality of ManC and have a really strong bench to call upon.

You take it with a grain of salt the size of Jupiter, but lots of yelling around Twitter that Mudryk to Arsenal is done. 5 years. Haven't seen anything official or from Ornstein though.

Mudryk is (or was just) in Turkey with Shakhtar as part of a training tour. They are en route to somewhere else though, but point is he was with the side. He was pictured with Dario Srna.

Yeah that has been widely reported, but all the sources reporting that seem to still think it's more likely a deal with Arsenal will be reached.

Fingers crossed.

Yes whatever his commitments are with training camps etc, he’s gotta do it. Still have to be professional with your obligations. He’s still their player and I’m not really a fan of when players down the tools and force their way out and so on (it also wouldn’t be the type of character trait that would bode well with the culture Arteta has worked hard to instil).

Would reflect poorly on Arsenal as well if he started to treat his employers poorly, Arsenal would be blamed for being in his ear and turning his head amongst other things that could be inferred. Shakhtar is Mudryk’s boyhood club I believe, he’s gotta do it the right way. Hopefully a few more days it can be finalised.

Mudryk, the sly dawgg, has started following London based insta models apparently.

Based on his posting on Instagram he's absolutely frothing to move.

Gotta admit, I LOL'ed....

Mikel Arteta says he will "have conversations" with his Arsenal players about their behaviour after picking up two FA charges in as many games.

Arsenal have been fined £40,000 for "failing to ensure players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion" against Newcastle on 3 January.

They await the outcome of the same charge relating to Tuesday's FA Cup win at Oxford.

Arteta, 40, said the Gunners would do "anything we can do to improve".

He added: "We will always have conversations with our players and staff to see what we can do better [and if] we have to change any behaviour."

A spokesperson for the FA announced on Friday that Arsenal had admitted the charge relating to their treatment of referee Andy Madley in the 0-0 draw at home to the Magpies in the Premier League.

Arteta said after that match he was "really proud" of his side, who he claimed should have been awarded two "scandalous" penalties.

Meanwhile, Tottenham manager Antonio Conte has called on both sets of players to treat referee Craig Pawson with respect during Sunday's north London derby.

Seemed to me Newcastle had a tactic in that game.
Conte seems to have an agenda also

Arteta with the Manager of the month award as well.

Meanwhile, this new stadium artwork looks great.

My choices for the artwork would’ve been winning the league twice at shite hart lane and once at Anfield. Ray Kennedy header, them celebrating a 2-2 draw and Mickey Thomas sending us all into dreamland. A Rocky Rocastle reference as well .Charlie Nicholas ‘87 Wembley..... Now I’m being greedy.

Yep, ****ing wow. Flirts publicly with Arsenal for weeks and then Chelsea once again come in with that truckload of cash.
