Feel like it’ll be Eze or Rodrygo, not both. I’d be happy to be wrong though.Big signing and done relatively early too. Good to have it done.
Berta is cooking.
Get Eze, it's a fantastic window. Add Rodrygo too and it's phenomenal.

If he scores half the goals in a season with us he'd still be streets ahead of anything we've had since Aubameyang... and we'll provide him opportunities. It's not like he's signed for Everton or something...Gyokeres scored almost a goal a game in Portugal.
Its not the premier league but that's impressive none the less.

Major penalty taker, but hey, someone has to step up.Gyokeres scored almost a goal a game in Portugal.

He's only 21, Orny, you're slipping.
Oh... Ok I'm soldWatching his goal scoring videos, what is apparent is:
- he scores with both feet
- he can absolutely hammer shots
- he regularly picks the corner of the net
- makes good back shoulder runs
- makes good runs on fast breaks
- very good set piece taker, both FK & Pens
- physically aggressive
- quick for a bigger guy
I reckon the fact he's aggressive with his runs in behind defenders will really help transform the side... Provided Arteta allows it, of course.
We have elite passers like Ødegaard and Zubimendi behind him, and players like Rice that loves to run with the ball, which creates gaps and space for a forward to exploit.
People mention the physicality of the EPL (which is fair enough), and he may well not be able to bully defenders like he does in Portugal. But he's strong and physically mature enough for the EPL to not be a shock to the system.

My understanding of it is that the President reneged on a handshake agreement to let him leave for a package of around €60 million. Never got it in writing though, so once the interest in him spiked and it became apparent they could get way more than that, he went back on his word. Gyokeres has essentially gone on strike to try and force the deal through. Can someone explain to me the hold up on the Gyokores deal?
It seems that the issue was the Agent fee, which seemingly Sporting were obliged to pay?
That fee comes out of any transfer fee, and as such any fee Sporting are demanding accounts for that extra amount? So a €65 million fee on paper really only equates to €60 million for the selling club, because they are playing €5 million to the agent for facilitating the deal.
I'm guessing that clause was written into the previous contract at the time of Gyokores signing for Sporting.
What a rort. As if Gyokores would have needed a my convincing to join Arsenal, so all the agent does is help negotiate favourable wages.
It's crazy to me that Agents can milk so much money out of clubs and their clients.
