You guys know what's the best deal for an Ozil shirt? Bloody hell even I want in on the bandwagon

I believe with delivery it's about £70 on the official store. Haven't checked kitbag as yet but they're usually a bit cheaper.

Either way, ka ching. Incredible how much these things cost. They literally cost about $2 to make in sites through Asia.

I never thought I'd live to say it, but Arsenal won the transfer period.

And I expect it will only get better. Ozil is the kind of player that lures big names to play with him.

Best signing ever for us (yes. Will have more long term effect than Henry and Bergkamp).

Way to early to call if 1. we won the transfer period or 2. best signing ever

However, should the lure work and we start having top top player choosing to play for us... then you could be proven right.

I will wait for January and next transfer period to make that decision.

My brother bought me two tops (away Ozil, home Cazorla) from kitbag and it cost me $185 delivered. He did buy a couple of other tops too for himself and his mate which meant delivery charges were shared.

GB has been crying delicious tears since the NLD. Basically been saying the Ozil is the worst value signing of the window because a)we don't need another CAM and b) he can't run out 90 minutes (I believe he said he had the tank of a 12 year old)

Yeah saw that locked thread. WAJ lol. There'd be no tissues left if Spurs signed him, he's only 24 well. Best is yet to come.

Hopefully this is the start of the big signings. While we are stacked in the AM position, it's hard to turn down a player of Özil's quality. He will improve our side without a doubt, and with Arteta in a holding role with Santi and Mesut ahead of him with Ramsey or Jack next to Mikel, oh boy!

The runs Neville mentions that Cazorla needs to make is what Ozil excels at. He also likes to pick the ball up on right wing and cut in which will work well when Walcott makes a run in behind the oppositions defence as their will be someone to pass too rather than a heap of space which isn't utilised, (thats if the pass to Walcott isn't on and we decided to retain possession). Ramsey will be the one to make the Vieira like runs, which he is capable of its just a matter of finishing his opportunities which he has done so far this season.

Anyway, onto Sunday. Will be fantastic to see Ozil make his debut. Haven't been this excited about watching one particular player play since the days of Henry. Can't wait.
