Gees Arsenal fans everywhere losing their shit over the idea of signing both Klose and Kallstrom.

If both are loans i cant possibly see how this is a bad move?

Klose is 35 sure, but hes scored 5 goals from 13 starts this season and bagged 15 in 29 last season including 5 in one game.

Get both in on loan, have them as bench players, then move onto the major targets in the summer.

Who else has already ordered their Kallstrom shirt?

What a signing!

In fairness, we all went WTF when we signed Arteta. And Flamini. And we were wrong.

Arsene seems to have a good track record with mature mids.

Well, he has only made 6 starts in 19 for Spartak. If he still had so much to offer, they would not have loaned him out when they're close to the top of the table.

Let's be realistic here. Spartak probably offered him to other clubs and we just took him due to our unprecedented lack of players in central midfield. He's not one we have actively chased after for a few weeks - it's too much of a random signing.

Ideally, we wouldn't want to rely on him playing regularly.

As for Kallstrom, he's a good squad player to have for the rest of the season and he is an experienced pro which is good at this stage of the season.

I'm happy we didn't buy anyone during this transfer window: they are overpriced and usually money grabbing mercenaries.

I agree.

I think that panic buying is risky and I agree with Wengers mentality that it has to be someone special.

I'm falling into the trap of thinking Draxler will join us for next season and I'm intrigued by the Puma/Falcao link.

I also think this Arsenal squad has something solid about it, the hunger is there and if it's not this year it's next.

Swedish media now reporting Källström injured himself during his first AFC training and could be out for 2-3 months.

If he has indeed injured himself I find it very hard to believe that he's even had scans on it and if he has then I highly doubt they have the results to determine the extent of the injury.
