He has made space to receive the ball, and in the few instances they've not coughed the ball up he's received it and held it - his job. His other job is to play it on to the onrunning midfield, which he hasn't done because they haven't been onrunning, Wilshere and the Ox xompletely anonymous. Try understanding how we play.

It's blatantly obvious we need a DM to replace Arteta who is better than Flamini, before any other kind of player.

we need a decent striker pretty badly too not potting Giroud he does his job but he needs help and rest and should be coming on from the bench for a lot of the games

The season rests on the midweek game against the team that owns us. Lose and the season will fall apart and crumble. Crumble so badly that our top 4 status will be at risk.

Win and maybe, just maybe, it will kickstart us and we can still do something this season.

At the moment Giroud is the only forward that is in the team. The only players making runs are the fullbacks.

The best run made today was for the penalty.

Avoided all score updates last night as was at a wedding, started the game at 7 this morning on IQ and fvcking speechless right now.

We dont match up well against ANY of the other top 4 - Liverpool, Chelsea and the Manchesters. Our results against them over the last 6 years are terrible.

We dominated Liverpool in the first match like they dominated last night only difference is we cannot score at that rate. The only team that has consistently dominated Arsenal is Utd. Arsenal and not lost at Liverpool for 6 games and have beaten City and Chelsea numerous times over the last 5 seasons.

Not against Liverpool or City. I know Chelsea dominated last year against us but the 11-12 season was the 5-3 game. Not that Chelsea under Mourinho is the same.

It has been but in big games world class strikers are the difference makers. Get a world class striker in (which is easier said then done) and you win the big games. Just look at last nights game when it was 1-0 or might have been 2-0 and Giroud fluffed the chance to get a goal back. You score that goal and it changes the game.

Also need luck in the big games which we haven't had any.
