Carlton would need to win by 40points to get their percentage to 96.29%
OR
by 45 points to get their percentage to 96.61%
AND IF
we manage to win by 50points our percentage goes to 96.93%


meaning that if the saints lose next week by 44points then their percentage decreases to 96.71%, making us ontop of them on the ladder, and we would also be in the 8.

The boys will cop a pasting on the track this week, with the possible inclusion of Walker, I hope everything clicks into gear against Sydney, if we run and carry (which we'll need to, to negate their defensive style), and put in a four quarter performance, I can see us comprehensively beating Sydney.

I think we can match it with the Swans through the midfield, but the game will be won or lost up forward. We'll struggle to kick a big score against the Swans if Fev is our only go to player - we need to find another avenue to goal, or they'll choke us right up when we go inside 50.

You do realise there is a big difference in % terms in beating a side by 40 pts, 80-40, as opposed to 150-110.

We just need to focus on beating Sydney, otherwise the calculators are useless.

We currently have 1468 points for and 1566 points against = 93.742%
If we beat Sydney 80 to 40 we will be 1548 points for and 1606 points against = 96.389%.
If we beat Sydney 150 to 110 we will be 1618 points for and 1676 points against = 96.539%

i think ive been brainwashed thought... been to almost the same amount of collingwood matches as carlton in the past few years, so ive noticed their players a whole lost more, and also rate some rather highly.

Being young though, i should like dale thomas, but in fact hate his guts.
i always enjoy watching clokey in the forward line though, even if it is for the enemy.
