Bring a bad poster or having a different opinion?

Not sure what bad poster means, calling Essendon cheats is a bad poster to some, asking for Hardwick to be sacked is being a bad poster for some, others beLittle posters with different opinions as well yet it's ok

This is pretty true i think the one thing cogga did constantly wrong was be abusive and too often.

I consider cogga a great poster one i had runs in with but one who shared similar thoughts.Coggas trouble was he had a style that was outside the rules while some of us took it for what it was just cogga being cogga and no harm meant others obviously dont have skins as thick as some of us.

I will say though there is a section of posters who complain about anything and everything that is on the negative side. i have experienced this and have been banned because of it. I think most people know who i used to post as and while i did get abusive at times it was largely in retaliation i was primarily banned for being to negative and failing to alter the way i posted.
I still struggle to find the right line to walk today.I do try to ad a positve but i hold dear the right to voice what i believe to be correct.

Personally i think on this issue of abuse the mods are correct they also have a tough job to do. I do wonder if it is just the negative posters who get banned at times though.
Personally i am grateful for being allowed back on the site i know plenty wish i never got a second chance and i hope the mods give me warnings letting me know i am getting close to the line so i can modify my approach. It is a hard job that few want to do and we should all be looking to at least make thier job less harder than it needs to be.If it means i have to tone down being brutally negative and adding the odd bit of praise so be it i am making an effort.

I am one of the negative crowd i feel i am justified in my stance on most things Richmond yet i am constantly trolled by posters who stay inside the rules i do think they try and provoke an outburst so they can report it. I see posters who are totally disingenous have no interest in discussing topics and constantly try to distract away from the topic at hand it is mostly the positive crowd who do this so how does one reprt this kind of behavior. Personally i rarely report posters i know the mods have enough on their plate but i somrtimes think i should report some more often.

Anyway to me Cogga will be missed i liked his quirky style his passion for the club and most importantly his honesty..

I'd prefer Cogga Rules over the multitude of fan boys on here who defend and talk up the club at every turn as if they'll earn rewards points for it The likes of whom see pictures of Chris Yarren on BF looking like a brickies labourer and claim the photo has been stretched, or it's a bad camera angle, or an old photo. Too many here simply ignore truth and then cry foul when the club I called out on the truth and reality. In essence there are too many people on here who do a little too much whinging about posters whose views don't match theirs.

Bottom line, all have their own opinions, which should be protected. It gets old when some try to suggest those with a differing view are delusional, silly, not in touch, accepting of mediocrity or simply abused for voicing a opinion different from others. Simply dust, some may not be ignoring the truth, as you put it. They simply believe there own truth that they believe and are right to do so.

71 I find posts about your mum offensive, but I don't report them as i feel it would and should be up to you to do that, call me thin skinned, some on here get offended by the smallest thing, if they don't want to re negative things they can ignore posters, just like I have , don't like it , don't read it
