I think a lot of problems with the Tigers board would be eliminated if they implemented a simple knowledge and adequacy test to prospective new (and some old) posters. Then we wouldn't have to put up with nonsense views from some who believe Cleve Hughes was a a good player out of luck, Ty Vickery i a genuine 45-50 goal a year forward and a pack marking machine, Astbury is adequate and Hardwick is a master coach.

But Richmond's years of success is testiment to all those things and more.... oh wait. Never mind.

MATE, you read about two lines ever of what I post, but you are straight in having your holier than though crack from your high horse. About 10 minutes ago, what??? about the 25th time in a month you've just launched at me and told me for the 300th tikme that all I do is post unwanted negative opinions and criticisms. I'll be positive when it's required, simple fact is many at our club aren't happy with the direction we are going and I don't mind pointing it out. But obviously the eternal optimists on here have a mortgage on allowable opinions. So keep jumping down my throat at every available opportunity - it don't bother me. But I do believe this was a thread set up to vent and not disturb the likes of you - but just couldn't help yourself, so credit to you!

So I was doing some airbrushing the other day and even with a mask on I was getting heavy paint fumes and was light headed. I turned the compressor off and realized the fans weren't turning over correctly. Had a look and a ****ing possum was dead in the air shaft....... wait what. Not that type of vent thread. Sorry my mistake.

PS I'm not miserable.
I'm content in the fact we are a rabble. If I was anything other than content I'd be gloating. There's quite a few posters on here who know me well, they'll tell you I picked us to finish 11-13th this season and re-contracting a did coach like Hjardwick and having his fingerprints/handbrake all over the game plan would be our downfall. I could also delight in the fact that I argued against dozens of Tigers mates two seasons ago that the Dogs first, second and third year players were far superior to ours ... well! If not pinning my hopes on Yarran to be the difference next season and not telling al an sundry about it makes me miserable, well that I am. I like t consider myself a realist ... and sadly that realism is proven correct time and time again by our club's ordinary efforts.

He may be a good bloke or not. Wouldn't know. Never met him. And I'm no big fan of his coaching.

At the end of the day it's a simple comparison that shows up the inequality and pandering to a few that goes on in here. When a thread is created about Dimma, Hierarchy, coaching, our fortunes, how we have performed and why, our recruiting or anything aligned to dedicions made that effect a) the game we just lost or b) the game we just won or c) why we didn't perform when we should have or d) why we have players that just cant cut the mustard when we could have had players that can or e) why we have spent bucket loads of money on a footy dept and why ? And I can end this at z) but we all know the deal. Why do mods tolerate posters who detail the threads involved in the above with inane posts that say they are sick of people saying sack x ?

But hey making lattes don't pay the $$$ the druggos are and the script states that now you will be welcomed back like a hero I will say it again this ****ed up AFL has literally rewarded these drug cheats with a couple of years of development and refreshment to their experienced players and given them pick 1 in the first uncompromised draft in a decade. They are ****ing laughing

The Richmond Big Footy board is a bit like the club itself .... the coach is off limits. He has to fly under the radar at all costs ... no criticism forthcoming. Basically he's a koala - a protected species. Next we'll see a petition from the mods and the delusionists on here seeking a further two year extinction. Maybe threads allegedly "getting derailed" by Hardwick talk just might demonstrate there is an undercurrent of dissatisfaction with his performance, but we all need to toe the line and pander to him.
