How can we play an away game in Torquay? haha

I'm guessing Williamstown's home ground is getting renovated or something. I noticed that quite a few of their home games are actually being played in Werribee next year.

All things considered that's a pretty favourable draw. Only see North Ballarat, the Borough and Williamstown once. Really need to be able to step up and consistently win against those mid-tier sides though - Scorpions, Coburg, Bombers and the Woods. Such a huge amount depends on injuries but none of the affiliated sides of those just listed have much better depth than us, IMO.

What's that? One televised game in two years? What a crock.

We had a televised game against Collingwood late in the season this year that started late due to the announcement of the Federal election or some crap like that, and were scheduled another earlier in the season that was scrapped when Karmichael Hunt made his debut for the Gold Coast Mercenaries.

I'd like to see us have more televised games though, even if we have to put up with Phil Cleary bagging the crap out of us as often as he does.

There is a $7.5 million redevelopment of their oval, including a new surface, no footy will be played there this year.

Anyone know the VFL practice match schedule?

I know Geelong are playing the Bendigo Bombers on March 12th at Skilled

Anyone know any others

We played Collingwood in practice matches twice last year and I'd assume we'd do so at least once this year, although I haven't heard anything official about that.

Why is Saturday's VFL game at Skilled Stadium on at 11.15am?
