Yeah, Shepp private. Nothing but the best for a premiership ruckman.

Recovery is ok. Pain about the same for a shoulder reco as a knee reco, but discomfort sleep wise it's a bit worse shoulder than knee.

I will advise anyone this, get the nerve blocker. The 24hrs after with the blocker are a piece of piss. Got the knee without the blocker and it was horrendous.

Been some absolute cricket scores. Poor old Campbells Creek (7.51%) would be beaten by the Weagles.

Avoca put up a decent fight against Navarre the other week.

I think Navarre thought it was just going to happen and the 2013 premiership reunion would just have a day out. But they were wrong.
