So it looks as if Pauline Hanson is correct in her prediction that people from where i am from will takeover. Suck on that, only if my north melbourne can see the opp and tap into into the market. Big Australia will be a reality. More people means more money to spend. People from Asia these days are all cashed up ready to spend where folks from Europe are all on a shoe string budget. Not to difficult a choice to pick with the current economic situation. More money creates more jobs, housing price will boom again in 10 years. Perfect time for me to hit the real estate in 5 years. I just embarrassed that we live in the same suburb which BTW is probably about the whitest suburb in Melbourne's north.
