Wehr on the opportunity at Port Adelaide
“(I’ve been given) an opportunity to come in and compete for a spot. I was in and out of the side at the Giants and I’m hoping to come in and contribute on and off the field here. So I’m looking forward to that. Expecting to play mostly wing. I spent most of my time there, with a little bit of half back. But hopefully can get out there on the wing.

“I was very impressed (by my conversations with Josh Carr). He laid out his vision for the club and sort of how I fit into that. I can't wait to get stuck into pre-season with all the new coaching group and all my new teammates.

I know he isn’t big but he looks like he packs a fair bit of muscle into that small frame. Looks fit and strong to me.
Strength through the core, hips and upper legs allows you to stand up in tackles, and hold your ground in one-on-one marking contests.

And it doesn't appear to hinder rugby league players from changing direction without losing their balance, nor losing their burst speed and acceleration.

May mean they don't have elite two way running endurance running capacity.

Looks strange to us because our players train on the Ethiopian diet and the heaviest weight they pick up is a bottle of Gatorade.

I’d say with Kingsley weights and strength would be pretty well the norm as he’s into that sort of stuff.
Our fitness has been embarrassing.
