on the flip side bonds tees are sooooo comfy!!

I was so close to taking the tee off and just going in a sports bra, tight shorts or not.

That smiley isn't promising! Oh well, it's that or wear trackpants.

haha nah the smiley was just tongue in cheek

I am sure i can vouch for most guys on here, a fit girl in gym gear is very easy on the eye

any woman at the gym is easy on the eye. nothing more attractive than a woman who enjoys exercise and is confident in themselves.

Sometimes yes sometimes no. The other night i was unfortunate enough to witness a middle aged lady wear tight pink shorts which havent seen the light of day since the 80's which by now had turned slightly see through and wouldn't hide sweat patches (insert vomit smiley here)

Conversely i was fortunate enough to witness a very fit female lass in her mid 20's very fit, in small shorts (recently purchased) doing some back extensions. You know the stationary machine where you are lean forward at 45 degrees and bend at the hips? Well safe to safe her newly purchased to cover all and sundry :D

I don't need Nike rehab. I do not need to buy any more clothing either. ever.

I'm all about buying one brand! When that one brand is Nike it makes it even better. Not as good as Under Armour but close :)

Until recently i wore t-shirts with "b-division" or "f-division" on them. But in general i like to wear a jumper to the gym, even in warm weather. Shorts and nikes. The jumper will come off for deadlifts and squats, that's about it. Can't stand blokes that strut around in wifebeaters in the gym. I know it's an old school meat head view but i see the gym as a kind of serious place, for hard work and training, not socialising and iphone shenanigans.

I actually agree with you, but i don't see what that has to do with what you wear?

Wow that video was crazy

I came across it whilst trying to learn yoga. I had done a few classes but was using YouTube guides at home.

I probably won't be doing anything of the clip as I think this girl is a bit above beginners level.

i wear cotton on

But probably loose clothing! Men can get away with those skimpy excuses for a singlet whereas females can't..
Tight and cotton and sweat is... Yuck.

All chicks that I've trained with wear tight clothing...? I know http://instagram.com/_little_miss_muscles_ personally, and she works out tight clothes, but I don't know what fabric. It's not cotton on though :D

When looks have nothing to do with is and when I workout at home, I wear a head sweat band and cotton trunks  I would never wear a head sweat band in public, but I'd be more than happy for them to become fashionable. I don't think that it will ever be acceptable to workout in public with no shirt and cotton trunks though :D
