What impulsive things have you done.

Actually I just got a tattoo. I'd said all my life I'd never get one and then suddenly I had a real urge to get one and now I really like it.

In primary school I jumped out of a first floor window. The teacher was blocking the door and I wanted to get out the room. She said 'why don't you jump out the window" so I did.

Nearly 25 years ago, a couple of mates and I at work were chatting, the state manager was one of these mates, we were discussing what a rip off insurance was.

I said something about the salesmen being con artists, the state manager said I shouldn't be so quick to judge if I couldn't do the job myself.

So I said "okay, I quit", and became an insurance salesman.

Impulsive? Everything I do is impulsive. Even when I make plans, I line up 4 or 5 options so I can select the perfect option at the appropriate time. Otherwise someone else is your master, or at best - you become a slave to your own plans.

a mate and I had a pipe in the centre square at the MCG a few years ago. But the mere presence of the pipe implies a pre-meditated act, doesn't it? Not impulsive, but a damn trip at the time!!

i got my nose bridge piecred a few years back... a friend and i were just walking around and we decided it would look cool...
also i got a tattoo... a friend, the same one in fact, and i were just sitting around, having a beer and i said, how funny would it be if i got "made in australia" tattooed on my butt...

I've smoked the wicket at the SCG.

Or more accurately, the crowd was allowed on the ground after a Shield game because they were going to returf the lot. Grabed some of the grass off the wicket (a holy place for NSW folk) took it home and rolled it up with some nice heads.
