As Hutchie mentioned on the Footy Show last night there are 4 and i would say 5 big names coming out of contract at the end of the year. Each of them (besides Stevens) have expressed thier desire to leave contract talks until the end of the year. Do you think any of them will leave their respective clubs or or is it just that they dont want a new contract to hang over their head and leave it until the end of the year.

Personally if i was each of them i would sign now. All of them are in good form and their clubs would give them what they want without hesitation. What happens if they injure themselves? What happens to Stevo's contract extention now. Do they base it on his form so far this year or the form he had over the past 4 years at the club???

Save all the bloody inuendo and just sign. Your all on plenty now anyway.

Hard to see any of them leaving, although Judd has sent a clear message to the Weagles that he's had enough of their ugly culture. If any of these players came up for trade, I wouldn't be too disappointed if the Blues stayed away, because so many of these trades turn out bad. It's not just the dollars, these players would also require the trading of top-draft picks. Apart from Judd, no one player could win you a flag single-handedly. :)

OMG, i thought i would never see the day.

A sensible parrot post with no carlton bias......

If it didn't end with a smiley i would have shouted IMPOSTER!!!!

i think pavlich SHOULD move to a melbourne-based club. is an absolute superstar, one of the best playres in the comp easily, and i rkn a move to melbourne, footy central, would finally get him the amount of exposure he deserves. in melbourne he would receive the attention and praise he deserves

He gets plenty of exposure from those who arent Viccentric

Anyway, if he goes anywhere it will be back to Adelaide because thats where he would want to go(Born there-even though I think he wants to stay at Freo)
