Obsessed with small forward rotations, trickery and deception to cobble together OK results in 2001-2. Gave our young players virtually no game time even when selected (with the exception of Bobby). Top 6 players never injured during his tenure, so lack of KP depth was never an issue for Plough, and subsequently not addressed when it should have been. Rubbish. We had been going backwards for the last two years of Wallace term, it was just cushioned by the odd good result.
Thats not to say I am a Rohde fan but blame needs to apportioned where it is due.
