Slyvia was recruited 4 years ago and is a midfielder, Brennan and Walsh five years ago, Livingston 7 years ago, Fiora 8 years ago.

Josh Kennedy is a KP player who was recruited not even two years ago in the same draft as Xavier Ellis (3), Beau Dowler (6), Mitchell Clarke (9), Marcus Drum (10) and has outperformed them all (some by quiet a huge margin) despite having a poor run with injuries that have cost him both preseasons and plenty of games.

There is no question that Judd is worth pick 1. Of course he is, and everyone knows it. Judd is worth a lot more than pick 1.

That is not the point though. West Coast WILL NOT get equal value for Judd, in fact they won't get anywhere near it. Judd WANTS to leave, so they are trading at a loss automatically. For them now, it's all about minimizing their loss.

It's amazing how many people fail to comprehend the simple notion of market worth.

Carlton know that & will be doing what they can to offer West Coast the equivalent.

They just don't want to give up pick 1, so it's quite simple; they make an offer that is of comparative value that doesn't involve sacrificing the #1 pick
