Wiggins or hodge, who is better?

Wiggins directs his agression at the ball, hodge directs his into his fist then into someones face.

Right now you have to say Wiggins. However by the end of the season Hodge may take over if he can learn to channel his aggression as well as Wiggins, because he probably has a little more natural talent.

But right now definitely Wiggins.

You cant be serious. Wiggins was good on thursday but he is still not close to the level that hodge is. One good game does not make him better than one of the true superstars of the competition.

Hodge should win this poll by an absolute mile

I disagree. I think Wiggins' skill, vision and athleticism towers over Hodge.

Actually watched any footy? Wiggins any day of the week.

Wiggins efforts in 2009 have been far more consistent than Hodge.

Wiggins for Brownlow. Get on it

In the cold hard light of day, Wiggins could become the greatest player to pull on a boot. As for Hodge.....what has he done lately?

Wiggins has Hodge covered in every individual aspect of the game and when Carlton take out this year's premiership he will also have him covered in team aspects too.

I think Carlton should bottle his sperm :thumbsu:

Wiggins at this point but I reckon Hodge has the potential to match him by the end of his career.

Some of these polls are absolutely ridiculous.

I don't know why people think it's funny to rubbish champions and hold spuds up in such high regard.

Here we have two players that are clearly not even in the same league.

One an absolute gun. The personification of courage and skill, he is revered by AFL fans throughout the country.

The other an honest trier. He gives his best but he just doesn't really cut the mustard against the big boys of the competition. Outside his own club, supporters think of him as a kind of joke.

Wiggins by the length of the Flemington straight.

These statistics are meaningless. What matters is skill, guts and determination. Of which Wiggins has plenty, and Hodge has none.

I dunno. I hear Wiggins has been doing a lot of cables over the off season and is up to 90kg now

Statistics can be used to prove anything. 94% of people know that
