Lets face it ,we have everything to lose and the Scum have fallen into the eight.They ARE sitting back ,with absolutely no pressure on them ,and if I go by some work colleagues ,we are the preferred choice as elim finalists.

In one way this reaks of the week before the 99 prelim,guys at work were organizing GF seats on the Monday.

Got to go in with an 'Enough is enough' attitude IMO.

No excuse not to smash them ,I dont care who comes back in there team !!

Well, let's hope not. We sure don't need to be on the receiving end of a '00 prelim type situation. Keep in mind, they did heroically come back to just pip........ Port Adelaide.

As supporters we get nervous because its out of our control.


If you recall your days as a player, in general, you relish these confrontations. The players will be under no illusions as to what this games means to the CFC and that careers - players and possibly coaches - are on the line.

As players I think they will be excited, and in some ways, seeing this weeks St.Kilda clash as an annoyance. They will be itching to get to the 'Big Show' at the 'G.



The reason I feel pretty confident is that we have a pretty solid method and process that has stood up against most teams - forward pressure, tackling, run, open forward line etc.

As boring as it sounds, if we stick to the process, we should win well.
