Get lindsay gilbee. we tried last year but missed out, im afraid he has played some good games to finish the season off and the doggies will keep him now, i think he is a very good young player

My only problem with the concept is the "Mal Michael factor". If we can teach big Tex how to find the footy and beat an opponent, he will be a superstar, and I'd hate to see him leave only to blossom at another club.

Its always a massive risk giving away for a tall (rare as hens teeth) for a midfielder (dime a dozen).

Yes I know that but Walker is a huge unit and is a great athlete. If we give him away and then Hall, Morrison, Davidson all fail to come on (and theres plenty of evidence to say that they won't make it), and Wakelin/ Presti/Rocca retire or struggle with injury, we are left with a few Clokes and Josh.

Walker is a strange one to analyse, he could be anything but he could be nothing. Its a tough call whether or not to trade him.

I think we should keep Tex, he is big and strong and with training over the pre season, specified training like McGough was given last year he could be a player. I think we need him next year as a back up centre half forward to cameron cloke who i think should play centre half forward and we put Rocca just inside the 50 like Big barry. Tex has been given a few chances already and might find himself on the MM love child list soon if he is lucky.

If the Bulldog board is anything to go by you can keep him. We will go with what we have available and what ever we get in the draft. Walker is at best a 80 gamer....

Although I agree with you, I might point out that any specified training McGough may have had has hardly been a raging success to date.

McGough would be paying his dues if he was being paid enough respect by MM. McGough had a steller first half of the year when he was playing and then, like Swan and Shaw was reduced to playing out most of the game on the bench, dropped and their form was stolen, thats right stolen, thanks to MM.
