I wouldn't be too worried if i were going to be asleep for it. Having 2 pulled at 3pm today, i'll be awake. Though TBH it wasn't too bad last week.

Has anyone ever had a dentist's injection between your top lip and the top front teeth?
My god it was agony, it felt like the needle was coming out through my eyes.

Got one of them, definitely not the most pleasant of things aye?Has anyone ever had a dentist's injection between your top lip and the top front teeth?

Hey guys, just wondering, mine have come through and seem ok, but I am due to go over seas in the next month or so, should i get the dentist to check them out before i go?
.
Thanks mate, I hope I am spared by what is on all accounts, an awful experience.Chances are, if you go to the dentist... they'll take a look, maybe do an x-ray. But if they've come out straight, you're one of the lucky ones! Should be no problem in terms of your trip. Wisdom teeth are pretty slow growing creatures.... but if they are compacted (ie. not straight), they can cause damage to adjacent teeth and that's when it's best to get them out.
Get them checked!!!!!!!
Just from my experience, my top WT were growing out normally, but the bottom two were at 45 degree angles. I just went to the dentist for a "regular" check up before going OS- a week before I was due to fly out- and my dentist said I had to have them removed urgently.
I would have a regular check up anyway- if you have any fillings, whatever you can get them done and hopefully you wont have any problems while you're overseas. (unless you have insurance and it covers dental??)
Yeah I am due a check up, but I have never had to have any fillings or anything. I am only really worried about the Wisdom Teeth, everything else seems in pretty good check, and they should be given the billions of dollars the parents spent on orthodontics back in the day.![]()
(), basically had to rest and recover from the procedure- which they usually recommend you have about 2 weeks to recover from. Using the syringe to wash up food trapped in the holes sucks.
When you taste last nights dinner?-shudder-
Bad memories of this coming back to me....
