How is that even part of the course? It is the practice fairway. Should be OB.

But they also made the 10th hole OB for those playing the 9th. So they pick and choose what is OB and what is not. A practice fairway surrounded by manufacturer caravans cannot be said to be part of the course.

As long as its pre determined before the tournament commences it doesn't matter.

I try not to look too much into the tee times unless they're predicting poor weather. Apparently the greens at Quail Hollow are lightening fast at the moment which I think suits Scott.

If the greens are lightning quick, Scott is a better chance of missing the cut.
