I've been trying to think who the PGAT would be more lenient towards welcoming back. I could really only come up with Bryson and Rahm due to Major victories.

Underneath them, the only appealing players I could think of is only Hatton. Niemann and Smith maybe.

Unless it's Bryson and Rahm, I'd be making the others jump through hoops. The PGAT survived without them.

Patrick Reed had to go to the Euro tour, it's now a case of whether they punish those two more because they stuck by the Saudis till the end.

They're certainly set to be 'punished' more. PGAT gave them a deadline. They would look weak if they granted them conditions to return the same or weaker than what Koepka and Reed were hit with.

Cam Smith would probably be in the same boat. Id actually forgotten about his Open win which just goes to show how much he has disappeared out of my mind. Hard to root for someone when they appear not to give a **** either.

I do wonder how Smith will end up.

Exempt into all majors until end of 27, then(if he's allowed back) his status is only really via past champion. And that will only be the Open and Players given 4 of his 6 PGA wins were in the Zurich, Sentry and Sony. Every chance the Zurich goes the way of Sentry and Sony.
