So what's your argument against Lyon knowing how to beat Richmond?

Richmond are Richmond. They beat both Sydney and Freo away either side of losing to West Coast at home

Touted far and wide over the media and BF as unbeatable - may as well just hand them the cup they said. I know they're not unbeatable .... we beat them last year. Pretty comfortably from memory.. let them get some goals in junk time. Richmond don't usually play them at their Tassie fortress. We often have. Skews results.

A 19 point win is not "comfortably".

That's why I also mentioned we let them get the last 2 or 3 goals in junk time. Final we won over here in 2010 was comfortable too. They have weaknesses when travelling (anywhere other than Tasmania)

No. I'd rather finish top and play Sydney or Richmond at home, significantly more likely for home prelim than if we run 2nd and play Hawthorn in week 1.
