Dante sucks. That's why he's being sold. Goetze has played this season he isn't being sold.

Depends what you mean by afford. If it was purely a monetary value, then yes, we could afford the transfer fee. But whether the fans would welcome him back to the club, I don't know. He left in possibly the worst circumstances, and nobody has forgotten that yet. It would do more damage than good IMO

Lewandowski on the other hand would be welcomed back without reservation. Shame that he refused to go to Chelsea however, if he had, then we would have had de Bruyne's services for the past two years already

They just loaned out Hojsberg so another mid gone. Ribery and Robben always injured. Ribery hasn't played in 6 months and is still indefinitely out. Martinez still injured. Alonso, Lahm, Thiago, Costa and Robben the only mids available and Lahm should be right back. Alonso is too old as well.
