This one is my favourite:

I walked up this hill in the dark (45+ minutes from my room on the other side of the lake) to ensure I was there for the dawn. Two monks open the door for you and one of them rings in the new day on a gong over an otherwise silent scene, as the sunlight creeps over the hills. I hate getting up early, but god it was worth it.

I spent three days in this town of my five months in India, yet it remains my favourite place and one of my strongest memories.

I took some OK pics in Valparaiso, Chile, but a dead monkey could take good pics there, it's just ridiculous.

And just cos I found it far more amusing than I ought't've:

Also, go to Valparaiso. It is divine, and they also have this cafe, which no word of a lie was the best on the continent:

The owner used to live in Melbourne and has Demons gear inside

Ok so after that news she was my mistress.

But srs Positano is full of Aussies and Plitvice wasn't on the Aus map and was full.of Germans but it's become one of those places like Cinque Terre and Mykonos that Aussies flock too after it was in TNT mag.
