Hammer?Robbie and Trav will soon be entering the twighlight of their careers. What's people thoughts on when we should seriously trade for another gun midfielder? Is the answer already on our list? E.g Jarman Impey or will it more likely be a trade/draft scenario?
Hammer?
Kavanagh for me.In the tradition of the Melbourne Cup it's time for us mug punters to tip a DFA pick by Port (I'm assuming it's going to happen with the delisting of Mitchell and talk of delisting Stewart - someone has agreed terms).
I'll stick with The Big Gorringe from barrier 12.
just wondering, when the first DFA period open?

Maybe you take a stab at that?Ok so what happens in the delisted FA period?
Well does it mean that clubs can pick up any delisted free agents in this period or do they have to go in the draft and why are there 3 DFA periods?Maybe you take a stab at that?
(Hint: the name is pretty self-explanatory)
Ah thank you for that infoplayers that have been delisted can be signed onto primary list of any club without having to go through the PSD. Im surprised there has been no movement so far considering the number of delisted players this year.
Hong-Kong Fooey has replied, thank youWell does it mean that clubs can pick up any delisted free agents in this period or do they have to go in the draft and why are there 3 DFA periods?
They were just re-quoting something that was on twitter day or 2 ago saying Richmond and Melbourme are into him, as they would be.Did anybody catch what dumb and dumber were saying about Wines and Richmond on 5Aa? I missed the first part.
No such thing as easy kill games. Look where that mindset got us last year with the Brisbane/Carlton debacle. If it's true that Polec will miss the start of the season it could work out really well for Toumpas assuming he plays in his place, especially with some of the easy kill games that we open up with (Saints, Bombers).
I think it could be a great opportunity for Dimi to regain some confidence and really jump-start his career.

Yes and no. Easy kill games is bottom 6 sides at home. We played Brisbane / Carlton away and slipped. We had our one solitary easy kill game vs. the Saints at home last year. And had a win by over 10 goals. No such thing as easy kill games. Look where that mindset got us last year with the Brisbane/Carlton debacle.
