Wait i don't think that is necessary as all teams should have 15 players regardless if they have a player in the LTIR.

Except for the4skins who only have 14 at this point. So the4skins will make a further pick after Gascan.

When i set the league the waiver order will be in reverse to how the teams finished last season. the4skins will have a 1 upto Gascan a 12.
