Here's my first effort as GM of the Raiders...

I lost my way a bit in the 2nd round, in the end hurried thru it as i had some other things pressing me, but i think if it's do-able in real life, i can certainly see the benefit in what i did....just trading down and collecting a hundred 2nd round picks. There was so much talent at DE, OT, DT, WR, CB, ILB, and QB that if i was a bit more discerning I could've done even better. But still happy with my first GM draft.

Namely....was looking for impact players, on offense for instance, giving Schaub as many weapons as possible and then some. Drafted a few sleepers at OT and DE late, and grabbed Murray at QB who can push. Will try again in 2015 (QB class) if i bomb out. Also got two big/tall physical CBs. Got myself a high upside ILB.
