This is Neeld footy now, the players have given up on everything we learnt early in the season

Sounds like it
Back to tumbling random kicks down the line from stoppages, back to bombing it forward without thinking. What happened to the possession game we were using earlier in the year, the safe possession game of going back and slowing it down and just getting SOME kind of control. It's all out the window. TSure the possession game wasn't going great guns, but at least it meant the defence wasn't being caught out of position every 30 seconds.
That would imply there was passion, something these spuds really sound like they are in short supply ofCan we actually start an 80's punch on?
Half these spuds wont be on an AFL list next year anyway
If our season was compared to a boxing match we blocked our way through the first 7 or so rounds offering the odd jab here and there but keeping it tight and sticking mostly to the ropes.
Then we hit a point where our blocking started getting a little tired and now we're getting pummelled. Of course we could try to give some swings back but we don't know how and have been conditioned to just cower in the corner of the ring waiting for the final bell. The coach constantly reminds us of our history of beatings for support.
If Roos doesn't do his ****en job this offseason and teach these depressed mothergooses how to throw a punch then I'm done. They don't have to be Muhammad Ali but by Christ they have to learn how to fight anyway they can.
