Cheering the filth...
They tried a few cheap shots today so it's hard to commend them for sportsmanship.
Wellingham driving his knees into Stoke's back while lying prostrate on the ground was a dog act and Cloke's behind play hit on Lonergan was nasty.
Exactly, Vivien, Collingwood's a very good side and a formidable opponent - there were moments when I thought they were about the break the game right open. The two best teams of the year faced off, just as it should be. Great game and commiserations (we know how it feels, after all).Great team to be against in a grand final

Sure it was great to beat them, but they were a great team all year. Without them the Grand Final would have been a lot less exhilarating.
Hmmm... You seem to have forgotten James kelly efforts last week or you just forget cause its one of your own
I feel for the Pies - as today was their ' 2008 '. So dominate for so long in the H & A and then to lose it when it counts. Hard to forget those losses - so I see no need to sink the boots in.
Respect Malthouse and for him a very ordinary way to leave a club he gave so much to.
Looking at their list I would expect them to be in the finals for the foreseeable future.
We did beat the Hawks in the H&A in 2008. I think that weakens that comparison.
For all of the Pie's dominance this year, to have a 0/3 record against the eventual premier, doesn't help their otherwise legitimate claim for being 'best of the year'.
