I reckon he could be next TBH.Sad day but could see it coming. Surprised Josh Kennedy didn't get the job actually, he'd have been my first pick.

Yeah, Hanners is a big chance too. I think I'm hoping more than anything they bring Kennedy into the leadership fold and the captaincy as a way of keeping him at Sydney.Considering Kennedy isn't in the leadership group yet, I doubt it. It'd have to be Nick Smith I reckon given he is still young and has been in the leadership group for a couple of years now. Of course, Kennedy or someone like Hannebery could always be inducted into the group this year. Jarred Moore is certainly not going to be back.
Kennedy has always struck me as someone who wouldn't be as suited to captaincy as a Hannebery or Jack. He seems quite quiet and less inclined to lead through what he says, instead doing it with his actions. Judd-like, now I think of it.
The rest of last year's group included Ted, Jude, Shaw, ROK who are all over 30, so it's safe to say I think that they are not in the reckoning to be next in line.

Just have one captain. Crazy idea I know.
Davis is an ACT boy, or am I really behind on this....
Also, multiple captains spreads the workload of the pre-game coin toss.
No problem with Hannebery as a captain on-field but questionable decision making off-field.
Are you seriously going to mention egg throwing on year 12 muck up day.
What else?
The infamous Kombi incident. That boy is bad news!
Despicable right? Are we talking about the accident in which he was a passenger now?
He is only a kid mate and if you are referring to his incident when leaving school its minor considering what we got up to. I do not know of other incidents to do with Hannebery, most of the Swans lead a low profile. No problem with Hannebery as a captain on-field but questionable decision making off-field.

I also like the co captian business, its done us no harm whatseover. As for the leadership group being a crock of shit (menitoned by a poster)........it also has done no harm and is working beautifully at the Swans. The word is empowerment, all clubs leadership groups now.
