I'd rather see Sara McMann get the title shot. Probably not ready for the step up in competition yet and probably not a big enough name but I'd rather see that than Tate/Rousey. Not that I'm wishing for an injury but before the Jones/Sonnen season a lot of coaches got injured leading to a new fight being made.

You have to remember that TUF is being given a huge push by FOX with it airing on FS1, so with Zingano falling out it was unlikely they would go with anyone other than Tate.
The Rousey/Tate pairing is the more likely to attract interest over any other opponent Rousey could have coached against, which is the UFC's priority ATM.
As for the fight itself I don't see Tate giving Rousey any problems she couldn't deal with and I see it playing out pretty similar to the first fight.
