He does make valid points, he just goes about it like a knob.He is silly but he's definitely right about the Australian media.
I'm not into history of any kind, I don't like asian food, find asian languages incredibly annoying, dislike asian culture and don't like holidaying in resorts. I don't think it's worth it even if it is cheap. Plenty of just as affordable alternatives.
asian languages annoying? please elaborate.

Yeah, don't agree with his mob mentality towards someone who makes a negative comment on his posts. He does make valid points, he just goes about it like a knob.
Sounds like you don't really like travel to me.
I find their languages very ugly and obnoxious. They are very harsh sounding and it feels like they are shouting or arguing most of the time.
Not at all. I'm still very young, and wish to do a lot of travelling, and I've been to most continents already. Why do you think I wouldn't like to travel? I just don't particularly want to go to Asia.
i respect your opinion.
i can understand how some languages that are not your first can sound harsh.
may i ask how old you are?
Well, if you're so closed off to history and other languages and cultures then you may as well stay at home. It's cheaper. Not at all. SE Asian culture is some of the most radically different from Australia's in the world, and it's right on our doorstep. Once you step away from the party spots, it's one of the most genuine travel experiences you can have.
Well, it's pretty much the definition of closemindedness to say "I'm not interested in having anything to do with the world's biggest, most populous and culturally diverse continent".
I mean, what's the point of travel at all if you're not open to new experiences?

If we're going to discuss angry languages then you must bring up German.
I wouldn't go to South East Asia for a holiday either. Would rather the 2-3k spent going there go toward a bigger and better holiday.
Yeah, I have no intention going there. If I went to Asia, I'd probably go to Japan. Thailand and all that doesn't interest me. Although the resorts do look heavenly.Bit the same. couple of mates went to Thailand over the summer, they loved it, but I'm looking at bigger and better things.
Really wanted to go to europe and catch some of the ashes as well but that didn't work out as planned.

I went last year and I'm going back this year. Definitely find a way of going mate, amazing.
Where did you go last time?Yeah i've been once, but I was 16 at the time and it was more to visit family.
I'd get a completely different experience than i did the last time, but there are definitely places I'd go to again
. I'm sure Shell agrees.
